WebDav Sync with Mac Book

hello

is there a tutorial wish descirbe best practise to have a
WebDav filer and synch them live with a MacBook air as soon it is connected over WLAN.

how to start RealTimeSync.app on start?
how to keep RealTimeSync.app regulary to sync?

i can start it and will sync but then it seems to stop, and not doing the "realtime" sync.
