Cannot delete empty folder

Hi,
I want to only sync picture files, so I set file type filter as "*.jpg". And I want to FreeFileSync to scan the whole disk, so the left is C:\, and right is D:\picturebackup, synchronize mode is Mirror.
It works OK at the first sync.

But, if I delete a folder in driver C, let's say C:\folderA, then I do sync. The same folder under D:\picutrebackup\folderA will not be removed, but all files under D:\picutrebackup\folderA will be deleted, so there will be an empty folderA at right side.

I tried other sync mode, Two Way, Mirror,Update, all same result.

Then I did another test:
If I make folders like this left: C:\folderA\, right: D:\folder, and set synchronize as Mirror, FreeFileSync works well. If I delete C:\folderA\folderB\folderC , after sync, the folderC will be deleted under D:\folder.

So I think the problem is at the left set, I want to sync the whole disk, so I set C:\ at left, but FreeFileSync will not delete any empty folders no matter which mode I set.

Can anyone help？
