This has tested my brain!
I think I have it working now although not 100% sure how I did that.
However, it insists on showing the dialog box as normal when it starts up, I want that to run silently. Is that possible?
The other thing is it doesn't close to the tray, it closes, and I can't figure out how to get it (RealTimeSync) to start with Windows. Help please anyone?

Well I've been through that with a fine tooth comb, but try as I might nothing ever happens even when I add folders to the drive monitored. The realtime icon sits in the tray, but it never does anything.
