Sync taking a very long time

Guys,
I am testing FFS (MAC version) and trying to sync two folders which are about 400Gb each.
It has now been 1:29 hours with FFS "Scanning" the first folder!
One folder is on a NAS disk (network disk) and the other on a local internal disk, this kind of performance is really ridiculous!
Any suggestions?

I would like to know also. I am syncing to a WD Cloud device and FFS is telling me the sync is going to take a third of a year 120 days. I might as well delete my WD Cloud and send all the data to it again.
