Starting with version 8.0 last month, the download link for the Windows .Exe file on the Downloads page refuses to work - it redirects you to your own local computer (http://192.168.0.1/blocking.asp?cat_id=77). This situation continues with version 8.1.
Forensics indicates that the website is attempting to request local LAN resources (naughty), and is therefore being categorically denied.

Hosts file is empty of active entries.
Additional attempts to download were made with Firewall off (ZA), Anti-Virus off (ESET), Anti-Spyware off (MalwareBytes Pro).
