Perform Sync on MTP with Multiple Micro SD Cards

I have a Android-based music player with two MicroSD slots. Within Windows it identifies:
1) Internal Storage
2) MicroSD card 1
3) MicroSD card 2

under the device "DP-X1" (my music player).

What I'd like to do is select a source folder that then is mirrored to the two MicroSD cards using a spanning backup where it would fill one of the MicroSD cards and then fill the second, but never copy anything to the internal storage.

Is there any way to accomplish this?
