freefilesync does not detect differences

I have two folders "my documents\my mails" in drives D and Y.
I compare them and always get "All Folders in Sync"
but they are not. The contents, sizes and dates are completely different.
I tested on other folders and it works just fine. any idea what is the problem?

Have you tried to change the setting under "comparison" -File time and size -file content -file size.. ?

Try them all and see if it works.

Try also two way instead of mirror, because if you do a database will be maked, maybe that helps the problem.
