I'm using FreeFileSync 8.1 x64 on on Windows 10.
I've noticed that when comparing file differences, the local timezone on the device makes a difference for the same files.

I copied a file to a flash drive in a GMT+8 timezone.
I have the same file on my PC, which is not GMT+7 timezone.

FreeFileSync assumed that the files on the flash drive are 1 hour newer.

Changing the PC's timezone to GMT+8 resolves the issue (but this is a workaround).

It would be good if FreeFileSync can ignore timezone differences between devices.

FFS can deal with different time zones.
However, some file systems, like the (in)famous FAT file system can not.

Ahh. Perhaps because my flash drive is FAT?
