Install failure

Hi.
I recently found this tool and have successfully installed on two windows 7 machines, but the third one crashes at the end of the install and while it seems to still be installed (creates icons, etc) the application crashes if I try to execute. All 3 machines are similarly configured, although all different hardware.

The dialog asked me to send the dump file to a german email address, which does not seem to be active, so hoping a post here will maybe get me some help? I have the dump file, but it's too big to upload here.
