RealTimeSync not working

Hi,

I've installed this product several times and never had an issue. However, today I did an install, configured a batch file, and started the program. In the past, it would just run and do what the batch file told it to do. On my latest install, I've done everything as before, but when I start it, the icon goes in that notification area, but nothing else happens. I can go into the regular sync product, and using the batch file, it syncs without issue. I even tried to run it as a service, but no joy. Any ideas?
