Shutdown process not interruptable!

Small suggestions has been made:
1. If FFS works on background with checked option "shutdown computer" and user forget about it, the user can lost all the work upon to the moment of shutdown because this shutdown process currently not interruptible.
We need a small pop up window with ~10sec timeout to give the user chance to stop the shutdown process.
2. Cannot understand how to put PC to sleep mode instead of 'off' mode by the rundll32.exe. Please, give me the right parameters.
