If I start RealTimeSync it starts to watch the folders I selected. When I change a file the RealTimeSync notices it and start sync and what it finishes the sync it opens the notification window as well.
How can I disable this notification window about ending of sync what I don't want to see every time?
How to run RealTimeSync silently?

Ok, I have found it: At the saving of batch file I can set what happens during the sync.
In the batch file the <BatchConfig> tag will contain a <RunMinimized>true</RunMinimized> setting.

For other people who encounter this thread in the future when searching via search engines (like I did):
You can also re-save the FreeFileSync file as a batch job, and when you resave it, check the "Run minimized" checkbox option. This will have the sync run silently whenever the batch job is executed.
