I sync my NAS mounted on a Linux PC to an NTFS formatted USB drive.
Assume I have a Folder/File on my NAS called "user0"
and this folder/file exists as "User0" on my USB drive. (For whatever reasons)
In this case FreeFileSync founds a difference and the sync failes with an error message. Something "file exists" "can't be renamed" or so. Can't remember.
It would be nice if FreeFileSync checks the file system format of the target and handles the case (in)sensitive cases.
Otherwise great awsome sync tool. Would be nice a premium version without adware would be available.
Check Case sensitive for the target drive
