ignore if a folder does not exist

Hey!

Is there an option to copy\sync files if a folder exist in one certain folder? For example:

A
folder name
B
C
*file.mov

If certain folder name exist under folder "A", sync the "*file.mov" under "C" folder.

Can this be achieved with Free File Sync?

p.s.

I couldn't make the tab to work on this forum to show that folders A-C are in a structure. B is under A and C is under B. :)
