FreeFileSync_6.11_Windows_Setup.exe fails with "Product configuration is missing!"

I downloaded setup file from the sourceforge.net/p/freefilesync/ front page download link. When I run this file it reports "loading..." for a bit, after which an Info window pops up with "Product configuration is missing!" and the program quits.

Just tested, but it works fine. Maybe this was just some temporary issue?

The downloaded file is only 772 kB in size, while the link button says it is 11.6 MB. Tried it on diff machines with the same result.

There's a link on top right of the table with files for download saying "Direct Download Link: Off". This causes the links to download some kind of app downloader from sourceforge, which has this bug. If you set it to "Direct Download Link: On" by clicking on the link, you will be able to direct download the requested file.
