Can't backup outlook .pst mail files over network

I'm using the latest version of FFS. I am backing up all my userfiles over a network, and all files synchronise without problem except for Outlook mail files. I am logged in as an Administrator, and also have tried to run tFFS as Admisistrator, but still these outlook files fail. See the attached screenshot for the error message, and also the options setting set to copy locked files.
Any ideas?

Run FreeFileSync with elevated rights, then Shadow copy will work.

I am already an administrator, and I also set "run as administrator" on the propertires of the freefilesync.exe file, but still get the same problem.

Have you tried to close Outlook before and make sure the process is stopped in the Task Manager

Even though you've told FFS to use Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS), is the service actually running on your end?
