When I install Free File Sync 8.3 I was having some issues that I dont want to elaborate here. So I have downgraded to Free File Sync 7.5 & the crashes went away.
Now when I start FFS jobs, there is some Type of Warning
"Configuration file "C:\Backup\Backup.ffs_gui" is incomplete. The missing elements will be set to their default values.
The following XML elements could not be read:
<FreeFileSync><MainConfig><Comparison><TimeShift>"
What does this mean?
Are my Free File Sync Backup jobs not valid?
Now some of the Previous Free File Sync Backup jobs created with Version 8.3 are not saving the logs after I have saved the batch jobs requesting to have the logs created.
Why are the logs not being created?
How do I get them Back?
