I use FFS to manage my mp3's across several PC's etc. and its excellent. Today I needed to compare two folders and delete duplicates so I could filter out some new entries.
I've looked at duplicate file finders and none are as good as FFS for selecting a pair of folders to compare, especially across a network.
The custom sync options unfortunately dont offer a choice of "when files are the same " or "delete them".
Perhaps this would be a good option for a future update?

Set your comparison to Content.
Run a Compare.
With the View filters, unselect all except for the equal (=) filter.
That should leave you with only files that content compare.
Select those files that you want to delete, then hit the DEL key.
I believe that should do it.
That said, I can't see where a duplicate file finder wouldn't be a more appropriate tool to use.
IMO, both AllDup & Duplicate Cleaner are best in class.
(AllDup is free. Duplicate Cleaner has both a free & pay version, pay having a few added features.)

Good tip -- I didn't know about this. But I think you have to be careful, as selecting folders on the right side for deletion could end up deleting more than the files you've selected.
