sync problem with same folders

Hi,
i am new user and i think FFS is great tool!
But today i see something strange.
The program shows that the file exists only on the left side, but actually the same file exists on the right side as well. This happens to a lot of different types of files: pictures, exe and etc. The files on both sides are with the same size, 100% correct and executable. They also have same folder structures. Why is it happening?
