Handle Errors Ignore - Does not save across sessions

I've been using FreeFileSync for ages, found it to be pretty bullet-proof and feature-full, but today I think I found a bug.

Under the Synchronise settings (green cog), if Ignore is chosen for Handle Errors option, and the configuration is saved to an ffs_batch file, then FFS is closed and reopened and that configuration is loaded again, the Handle Errors setting has reverted to Pop-up.

Is this by design?

By the way, been loking at how to get FFS to send an email, and I've made a powershell script that does the job. I'm going to post separate about that and would like input / suggestions.

When saving as a batch, the setting is set there... answered my own question :/
