When I click 'compare', it finishes really fast, and comes up 'All files are in synch', when I know for a fact they are not! This has been the case for me since the last 2 or 3 updates. It doesn't matter what comparison method I use, or what directories I compare, it doesn't find any differences, when it absolutely should!
Can anyone please help me? I've been unable to make any backups since this issue appeared. It always worked fine in the past, but since I updated it no longer works at all :(

Maybe an issue with the filter settings?
