Last Accessed date/time and Forum email address

Hello everyone! I have two questions.

First, I must be missing the setting where the Accessed date/time on a mirror copy remains the same on the Destination drive as it is on the Source drive. The Created and Modified date/times are copying over correctly, but the Accessed date/time is being set to whenever the copy was made instead of what the original Accessed date/time was. Would someone please point me in the right direction to correct that?

Secondly, when registering for these forums I had to use a throwaway yahoo email address because my usual obfuscating email address service's email was labeled as "temporary" and I wasn't allowed to use it. Did you guys have a problem with people abusing obfuscated emails, or was the ban "just because"? I personally don't provide my main email address to anyone, not even relatives, because I never want to have to change email addresses again if it gets out (which it has before). Instead, I permanently use the so-called "temporary" email addresses for everything, including family and places like Amazon/PayPal, and those emails stay the same until or unless one gets spammed, at which point I update everything using that email with a new, permanent "temporary" email. I'd really prefer to get emails from the forum at my real address (which I actually check), but I understand if you've had abusers and won't go back.

If the setting doesn't currently exist, I'll make a request for it, but I was hoping to get confirmation either way before I did that.
