SFTP on Mac / Sync with NAS

Hey guys,

I want to sync serveral devices with my nas. FFS seems with the SFTP sync a good service.
But how can I use it on Mac?
On a Windows machine there is a blue globe next to the select button, which give access to the SFTP settings.

If there another possibility to access the nas? FTP, smb, atp, webdav?
If yes, how could I connect to the server? In this forum I read fromats like smb://ip/folder admin:"user" password:"123", could I use such a psyeudo URL?

SFTP for MAC will be available in the upcoming FFS 8.6.
