LIBSSH2_FX_PERMISSION_DENIED Hostgator

When try to setup "right" side using sftp, I got error message like:

Cannot open directory "sftp://domainhostgator.com/".

Error Code LIBSSH2_ERROR_SFTP_PROTOCOL: Failed opening remote file LIBSSH2_FX_PERMISSION_DENIED (libssh2_sftp_opendir)

The same username, password, address and port, been used on ssh and winscp. I have successfully transfer with winscp

I'm using Windows 7
