There may be files that are not necessary to include in the FileSync job, especially where FileSync is used for backup. It would save a lot of time and space if we could tell FileSync to ignore certain files.
Typically these might be large system files such as pagefile.sys or perhaps large backup files from another system such as *.tlb, which we might prefer to ignore in a particular FileSync job.
It would be nice to have an option to configure a setting for a particular job's profile to include a list of files that are NOT to be included in that FileSync operation.

It's fine, nobody should have to read a manual as a precondition to using FFS. But I would have hoped that the "show examples" link in the sync settings dialog is placed strategically enough to be found when needed.
