Compiling on OSX - missing files

Hi,

I'm trying to compile in OSX and it seems there are some source files missing, things like sftp.h in fs/ and osx_string.h in zen/.

Not sure what else is needed because this is as far as I got, but could you please provide those, and any other files in the current source tree?
