Very poor performance on new notebook

Hi there,
I have installed FFS on a new notebook with same parameters I have on my old one. Running a synchronization with my Synology NAS results in a very poor perfomance with average transfer rates below 3 MB/sec. The notebook is connected via WiFI with a speed of more than 800 MBit/sec.
During the synch-process there are lots of failures concerning *.ffs_tmp files (error code 32).

Does anyone has an idea what might cause this problem?
