My network mapped drives that appear in explorer do not appear in the Free File Sync browse dialog.

The Portable versions of free file sync launched on windows 10 (on my machine) is not displaying network mapped drives. The same portable version 8.7 launched on a windows 7 machine connected to the same network does display the mapped network drives.

Is there a work around for this at the moment?

How about simply typing the drive+path, or dragging the folder from e.g. Windows Explorer to the left or right location position in the FFS GUI.
