How to get FFS to run when I insert a USB stick

This had been driving me nuts for days. I hvae done EXACTLY what it says in the help file. I have tried spelling out the path, I have tried putting the path as [path]\ffsbatch. I have done it countless times and it either just doesn't work, or it asks if I want to run FFS so then I have to be there to say yes, and then usually it says incorrect parameters grrr and I know they are correct.
Also, it refuses point blank in Windows 10 to autostart. Other stuff does, but this will not.
Driving me nuts now, is there an updated help file for Windows 10 or something?

I'm familiar with USBDLM and used it in the past. FFS works perfectly on a windows 7 box, just refuses to work on windows 10
