update directely from v8.7 to 8.9 possible?

Hello All - I am new here!
Using FFS v8.7 with Win7x64, I missed updating to v8.8.
Now being offered update 8.9, can I install this directely over v8.7??
(which meens without v8.8 having installed in between)
