Upgrade to FreeFileSync 8.10 blocked by NortonSecurity

I have just tried to upgrade my FreeFileSync to version 8.10. Unfortunately, Norton Security blocks the download and deletes the downloaded installation file with the message that it is a threat because of Malware heuristics. Does anyone know how to get round this problem (other that switching off my anti-virus software for the installation)

I had the same problem. If you buy the donation version and do an auto update from the help menu it works fine. Norton sees the other setup file as one that contains adware and deletes it
