FolderSync & FreeFileSync

Hi,
I'm using FreeFileSync on my computers, while I'd like to use FolderSync on my android devices (as long as I couldn't find ans FreeFileSync clone for Android).

I noticed after synchronizing with FolderSync FreeFileSyc started to synchronice (and upload!) all files, again.

So is there a workaround neccessary?
Oder is there a setting to make both applications work together?

I'd really appreciate both programs working together!

The problem is that the Android device doesn't respect the modification time it is given by FFS, but simply sets it to "now".
