hello, I ask you to help me how to auto-sync a USB key with free file sync every time I connect the usb key into pc.

The obvious thing to do would be to use the Autorun feature that would launch FFS upon insertion of the USB-stick. However, Microsoft disabled Autorun for security reasons.
However, there seem to be some ways around this, see e.g.:

But, you should be able to use RealTimeSync (RTS) for that purpose.
From the FFS/RTS help-file:
The primary purpose of RealtimeSync is to execute a command line each time a directory becomes available (e. g. insert of a USB-stick) or when it detects changes in one of the monitored directories. Usually this command line will trigger a FreeFileSync batch job.
(I have no personal experience with RTS)

it's possible when you run RealTimeSync, which comes with FreeFileSync.
i'd like to do the same with an external drive. however my problem is, that RealTimeSync keeps monitoring for changes and keeps backing-up instead of doing the first backup and then quitting.
