[Nice feature to have] Is there a way to ignore directory structure in comparison ?

I guys,

First of all, I have to mention that this piece of software is a must for me : simple and fast, perfect !

However, I used to use BeyondCompare and there is a feature that I've found very usefull : you can compare 2 "root folder" without worring about directory structure.
So, you can verify that all the files you need are there... even though you reorganize them with a different directory structure (use case : my local copy of mp3 in a single folder versus my whole mp3 collection organized alphabeticaly/Artists etc).

I haven't found the way to do such a comparisaon in FreeFilesync : do I miss something or is this a future feature I can dream of :-) ?
