Synced directories do not match!!!!

I've synced two directories. The sync method was "update".
Syncing started and "finished correctly"?????
No errors.
However the output directory is less than a half of the source one!!!!
Sterted it again and again and it allways says "finished" and do not copy the lacking files.
Whats the matter?

Check your (exclude) filter settings.
You might have defined more than you desire to be excluded from the sync.

I did not exclude anything.
It did copy the files after several tries.
However the batch with shedule did not.
