Keep getting error code 32, please help

Cannot move file
"E:\sync.tmp.ffs_db" to
"E:\sync.ffs_db".

Error Code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (MoveFileEx)

I suspect some anti virus software blocking the file. Are you able to reproduce?

This happens consistently and I can't turn off McAfee since it's a centrally managed instance.

You can do a Process Monitor (https://technet.microsoft.com/de-de/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx) trace while this happens, save it as .pml and send it to me via mail for analysis.
