Do Nothing Action

Why are some files marked with the "Do Nothing"? Most files that are the same in both folders are ignored. Sometimes I get the symbol shown in the attachment and FFS shows the file only present on one side.

The "Do nothing" icon is (possibly) shown if you use the Update sync variant,
and is one of the available actions when defining a Custom variant.
When using the Update variant, the "Do nothing" action-icon is shown for files
in the Categories "Right side is newer" and "Item exists on right side only".
You can see all Categories and default actions per variant by opening the
Synchronization Setting window (F8) and selecting the Mirror, resp. Update variant.
