Feature req.: Copy timestamp only

For some unknown reasons the timestamps of some files on a WebDAV cloud storage change sometimes by a few minutes or so.

It would be helpful to have a function in FreeFileSync to copy over only the timestamp values of files (instead of the contents) to correct this.

I know there is an option to only compare file sizes without comparing timestamps but it seems too dangerous to me to do it this way in general. I would rather want to check that some particular files haven't really changed and let FreeFileSync then update the timestamps so these files will not show up anymore until either the timeshift problem arises again or the files are really changed.
