two way sync isn't working on android phone

Hi there,
I am using freefilesync (two way) sync between a folder on my Samsung Note 4 phone and a folder on my computer.
When I delete a file from the target (folder on my pc) it does not delete it from my samsung Note 4 folder as I expected.
Instead it offers to write it again from samsung to my pc.
Any ideas

Unless this is your first sync, where this behavior is expected, there must have been an issue reading the database file, in which case FreeFileSync has shown an error message.
