Hi. I examine the same folder pair with a CONTENT comparison for *.lnk files and a TIME&SIZE comparison for everything that is NOT *.lnk
FFS seems to consider this a warning for "Some files will be synchronized as part of multiple base folders." - even though I am using two different types of comparison..
Is the warning not clever enough to recognize that each file is only undergoing one comparison or the other?
Is this normal and I shouldn't fret, or am I missing something?
some files ... multiple base folders warning

The warning is not clever enough. You can safely ignore it in your case.

Many thanks for the response - I thoroughly enjoy FFS. I've used it to create my own sort of "Carbonite Backup", where i mirror my documents, etc. over to my 2nd hard drive and then use OneDrive to sync this local backup with the cloud.
