Hi there. I just upgraded to the latest version (Mac) and receive the
"NSInvalidArgumentException" "launch path not accessible"
error as referenced earlier in viewtopic.php?t=275
Restarting the system didn't resolve the issue.
Any thoughts?

Did you move the folder containing FFS and if so, did you close all visible FFS processes before doing so?

Here's a new version providing for a more descriptive error message. Let me know what it shows instead:

I for v7, I had tried executing it (after restarting and/or closing all processes) from the extracted folder, the desktop, and Applications folder.
The beta 7.1 launches correctly in all of those locations.
I tried v7 after 7.1 was closed, and it still returned that error.

Good, in case this particular error message comes back, it will be with more details. The original issue must be related to the launcher not finding (or being allowed to access) the main executable.
