Sync Cloud Accounts

Hi All, thanks for the software just what i am needing and well rated too. I am trying to sync both ways with Dropbox and OneDrive but your user guides are not getting through my grey matter. Could someone try and assist me in doing this please.
I have a synced folder for each on my desktop and would like to sync the cloud versions together, hope that makes sense.
I am unsure as to what the location of my account is on the servers of each service.

Sync the local versions of the two cloud services using the "Two way" variant.
