Waiting while directory is locked "N:\Files\sync.ffs_lock"

Hi All,

I have a pc on my work and I want to retreive/sync files from my home (synology) NAS to my work-PC
I am using NetDrive to make a connection to my NAS. In my Explorer, I assigned the drive-letter N to the NAS-folder. But: When I try to sync (From N:\ to D:\NAS_BACKUP) , I Always get the error:

"Waiting while directory is locked "N:\Files\sync.ffs_lock"

When I look on the NAS i do not see this file (even when enabeling hidden files and system file view)
please help. :-)

This is a netdrive bug which incorrectly returns "file already existing".

Thanks Zenju for the fast reply. Is there any solution and/or workaround for this issue?
Can I use another Software tool instead of NetDrive?

The lock file creation can be disabled (see help file chapter "Expert Settings") if a quick hack is sufficient. There are probably similar tools like netdrive but with varying quality. Proper SFTP support is planned for a future FFS version.
