Request - Sync 1 large drive to multiple smaller drives

Hi, great application.

I would like it if I was able to use it to sync 1 large drive to multiple smaller drives. Basically it would combine all the drives on the right side as sort of a logical JBOD, and when mirroring from the left side if the first smaller drive fills up, start copying to the 2nd, 3rd, etc.

Would be nice to use this application instead of making a spanned array on windows or configuring RAID
