Project files can't be copied

Hello FreeFileSync Forum,

on our fileserver we use freefilesync to caputre changes in between minutes. But lately we have one project folder, where the project files can't be copied to the backup smb share and that problem is holding up the whole backup process.

The difference to the most other files is, that this files come from a freelancer of our company and the files are only copied to the server. Can there be a difference in the file structure, etc.?

The error message is the following:

[15:09:46] Info: Erstelle Datei "X:\XXX\XXX.mp4"
[15:09:50] Fehler: Die Datei
"D:\XXX\XXX.mp4" kann nicht nach
"X:\XXX\XXX.c44b.ffs_tmp" kopiert werden.
Fehlercode 50: Die Anforderung wird nicht unterstützt. [CopyFileEx]

I didn't find any similar problems on the internet or in the forum. So hopefully you can help me.

I assume copying via Explorer "works"? In this case FFS might be able to handle this case, but I would need a Process Monitor trace to see what exactly went wrong: https://freefilesync.org/faq.php#trace

Sorry, I didn't get to this issue until today. So I think I owe you an answer. No the Explorer copying didn't work either for some reason. But from the 14.11. to the 15.11. something changed and now the files from this specific folder were copied. I have no idea what happened.

What I can see from the log files:

Wird dieser Fehler ignoriert, werden die Ordner als leer angesehen. Fehlende Ordner werden bei Bedarf automatisch erstellt.

That was the last run that day.

The next day everything worked fine as it should. The files in the folder from the frist post were copied just fine.

Strange thing.
