How to update without losing settings and folders?

I want to update to the latest version but I'm afraid I may lose settings and the folders wich I synchronize.

Save your Sync job, called Configuration, using one of the buttons Save or Save as... or Save as batch job... or using the menu File, same options.

Than update without warry.

How to update? I just install the program in the same folder as previous version (overwrite)?

I installed in C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync. All seems fine and I didn't even needed to open the settings file.
