Does FFS create a folder for corrupted folders/files or those with issues?
The reason I'm asking is that I was syncing data between Win Server 2003 (admin. account and ran from an elevated prompt) and an external HDD and FFS created a new folder an put some of the folders and files in there.
Some of them appear to be corrupted but other seem to open well with no issues.
Configuration:
Global Settings: Transactional file copy (checked), Copy locked files (checked), Copy NTFS permissions (checked)
Comparison settings: File time and size
Synchronizaion settings: Mirror
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
