Only selected folders of a set should be saved?

one question regarding the backup function.
I made a new set which contains 5 single folders.
The data is 25 GB = 8.000 files.
If I synchronize – it will start the whole set.
Is it possible to make a selection – that only 3 of the five folders wll be synchronized?

Save your configuration/sync set to a file.

Remove those folders you don't want to sync and execute the sync.

Then, when asked, choose don't save the modifications.
