Immediately after a first "mirror" synchronization (as a batch job or file gui pre-existing) by re-running FFS, we are still found many files to be synchronized.
Restarting synchronization 3/4 times, at the end misalignment disappear.
Why is this happening? Why FFS already on first start not copy all specularly?
synchronization incomplete

From https://freefilesync.org/faq.php#troubleshooting:
Certain anti virus products, for example Comodo v8, write hidden alternate data streams to newly created files. Unfortunately this has the side effect of also setting the file modification time to the current time. Since this happens after FreeFileSync has copied the files, the next comparison will detect this modification just like any other external change.
To resolve this problem file a bug report on the anti virus software's support web site or use a different anti virus software that does not modify files.

Hello Zenju,
Comodo is a very good firewall, and it’s a shame not to use it.
Alternate Data Streams could be disabled, following this information:
https://forums.comodo.com/install-setup-configuration-help-cis/alternate-data-stream-cmdtciddata-t108076.30.html
With version 8.2, go to “Tasks”, “Firewall Tasks”, “Open Advanced Settings”, “Defense +”, “Sandbox”, “Auto-Sandbox”, and uncheck “Enable file source tracking”.
This solution worked for me, and probably for you, and for everyone.
Thanks for FreeFileSync.
