How to add date to folder name?

Hello everyone,
I am using FreeFileSync as a backup software, to copy one source folder, let's say "A" to destination folder, let's say "B". But every time I do a backup syncronization, I would like this program to add a datestamp to "B" folder name.
I assume, it should work like this.

1. I make bakcup 2017-12-01, so it copies content of folder "A" to folder "B".
2. Then it renames folder "B" to "B 2017-12-01"
3. I make backup on 2018-01-01, so it checks for any update on folder "A", and if so it copies it to folder "B 2017-12-01". No matter if change was made or not, after chcecking it renames folder "B 2017-12-01" to "B 2018-01-01", so I know excatly when the last backup was made.

How to do that?
